Eligibility

Must be born in 1996 or before. Anyone who turns 17 in 2014 or older can enter. 

Entries

Please note that each race is set to a limit of 100 riders (100 men and 100 women). Priority is given to those who enter the overall Series. Once the maximum amount of riders has been reached, entries will no longer be accepted.

Entries close midnight AEST the Sunday before each Race. 

Membership Requirements

To participate in the Cyclo-cross you MUST be a member of one of the following organisations:

  • Cycling Australia GOLD Membership or
  • BMX Australia OPEN Membership or
  • MTBA Australia Competition (GOLD) Membership

Please note: 3- Race Permits or Day Licenses are NOT permitted in the National Cyclo-Cross series races. Permit holders and junior riders are welcome to race the support events, contact each individual race promoter or club for details on support events.

International riders may enter, providing they enter their UCI licence number on the online entry form.

Cyclo-Cross officiating accreditation

An online training module has been developed for currently accredited Mountain Bike, Road Cycling or BMX officials to also become accredited as Cyclo-Cross officials.

These training resources include:

  1. Read through the Cyclo-Cross technical regulations/manual DOWNLOAD HERE
  2. Complete the online quiz CLICK HERE

You will need to be a currently accredited official as well as be a member of Cycling Australia, MTBA or BMXA.

Your membership information will be updated to include “CX officials” accreditation which will expire when your current officials accreditation expires.
