Enviro Bike Box provides specialised, high quality bike boxes to the Australian cycling team.

The double layer plastic boxes are extremely durable and, because they weigh just 4kg compared to a usual bike box’s 12kg – 18kg, are perfect for travelling.

The boxes weigh the same as cardboard but are re-usable up to 50 times. They are completely waterproof, recyclable and now include tie on straps for extra stability. They can also be custom built to any shape or size.

In an innovative world first, Enviro Bike Box began producing bike boxes made of twin plastic board in 2007. Since then the company has worked with CA’s High Performance team to refine the design and are now aiming to expand to the world market.
